Delicious Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1-   2 1/4 cups flour for all purposes

2-   1 1/2 cups of sugar, granulated

3.   Two tsp powdered baking

4-   One pinch of salt

5.   One cup of cocoa powder without sugar

6.   One cup of room-temperature milk

7-   Two large eggs, room temperature

8–  1 tsp vanilla extract 

Instructions:

1. preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C. Two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans should be greased and have parchment paper placed within the bottoms.

2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.

3. Mix the milk and cacao powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix until a smooth consistency is achieved.

4. Whisk thoroughly after every addition of egg, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Whisk the chocolate mixture until smooth before gradually adding the dry ingredients.

6. Equally divide the batter among the pans that have been prepared, then smooth the tops.

7. Cook for thirty to thirty-five minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8. After 10 minutes of resting in the pans, move the cakes to a wire rack to complete the cool cale.

Optional:

To make chocolate frosting, combine one cup of melted unsalted butter, two cups of confectioners’ sugar, and two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder.
If desired, garnish with chopped almonds, chocolate shavings, or fruit.
